General
Due to the nature of services provided there are no refunds provided under any circumstance. I make every effort to show my work as we proceed in the process and ask at the culmination of the service for a satisfactory rating. If you are displeased, it is at that time that you are to notify me of your concerns so that they can be corrected if applicable.
I am located 10 minuets away from the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Riverdale Ga.
I do not operate out of a shop unless I have traveled to another state in which the name and address of the shop I will be working out of will be shared in advance.
I offer mobile services and on site visits at my home.
The deposit for standard services is refundable up to 48 hours before the appointment is to take place.
If you request to cancel the appointment within that window of time the deposit will not be refunded. You may, however request to reschedule the appointment within the week if appointments are available.
Loc Extension deposits are refundable for 24 hours after making the initial appointment. After 24 hours of you making your initial deposit, the deposit is no longer refundable as materials will have been ordered. If you need to reschedule your appointment for a later date after materials please contact me directly. If you wish to no longer have the service completed arrangements can be made for you to pick up the loc's, of have them shipped to you (shipping fees may apply)
Yes, you can bring one (1) person along with you to the appointment.
If you have children please communicate that with me in advance. Please bring enough snacks and entertainment for your child as constant stopping can prolong the appointment service time. If an appointment runs into another clients appointment due to constant stopping (not initiated by me) additional charges may apply
